100% would wear with a high waisted black lolita skirt.
Looks like something you'd pick up in Zara or H&M and worn with lolita when you were a newbie.
I commited this combination with a JSK underneath once when I went to school in lolita. It was cold outside and the sweater made me very comfy, 100% recommend.
Florals for spring? I'm waiting for a patterned blouse trend in lolita.
